That’s because there’s a very good chance that the beautiful but also devious brunette might not survive her surgery after agreeing to donate her bone marrow to Baby Mickey. Even though Gabi DiMera is a mother herself, she is not someone that has good motherly instincts or even a good heart for that matter. She agreed to donate her bone marrow to Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) and Sarah Horton’s (Linsey Godfrey) baby only if she could escape jail time. After twisting the DA’s arm several times, Eric finally managed to make it happen. For Eric and Sarah, they are thankful that their baby’s life will be saved but for the rest of Salem, they are disgusted that Gabi will get away with her crimes.

‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers tease that Gabi’s stay at the hospital will be anything but a smooth one. And that’s not because of her own health, but because there are quite a few people who have already put a target on her back. One of those people just happens to be Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes). Julie won’t waste any time in making sure that she gives Gai a good piece of her mind and will make sure that she suffers in the same way that Julie did not too long ago. With that said, there’s also a strong possibility that Gabi might not even survive her surgery. Of course, ‘Days of Our Lives’ fans will have to tune in to find out what will happen next!
