Miley Cyrus has secured legal protection through a court-issued restraining order against an individual she accuses of exhibiting a dangerous obsession with her, persistently attempting to approach her, even after his release from prison.

Recently obtained legal documents reveal that the singer took prompt action this week by initiating the process to obtain a temporary restraining order against a 52-year-old man identified as Alexander Kardalian.

Miley alleges that she has been subjected to relentless letters from this individual since 2018, many of which contained solicitations for money and explicit, sexually suggestive remarks expressing his infatuation with her.

According to her account, this “obsessive behavior” reached its peak during the summer of 2022 when he purportedly made two unwelcome visits to her Los Angeles property, necessitating his immediate removal.

The situation took a concerning turn when, as per Miley’s allegations, the individual was arrested in December 2022 and subsequently incarcerated at San Quentin State Prison until August of this year.

Shockingly, she claims that he once again showed up at her front gate just days after being released from prison, carrying out a threat he had conveyed in a letter from his prison cell, in which he stated his intention to visit her residence.

Thankfully, her security team intervened, promptly contacting the police, and the intruder was sternly warned that he would face arrest if he persisted.

Furthermore, Miley asserts that, since this alarming incident, the individual has exploited her address for his health insurance purposes. In a letter addressed to her, he purportedly declared that he “doesn’t give a f*** if he lives” if she fails to respond.

Expressing profound concern for her safety, as well as the safety of her mother, Tish, and her boyfriend, musician Maxx Morando, Miley contends that this individual displays signs of “severe mental health challenges” and harbors a “dangerous fixation and/or obsession” with her.

A judge, after carefully considering Miley’s apprehensions, has granted her a temporary restraining order against this individual. Consequently, he is now legally prohibited from making any form of contact with her, harassing her, or attending any of her public events or concerts.

Furthermore, he is mandated to maintain a minimum distance of 100 yards from Miley, her residence, her vehicle, and any venues where she may be performing.
