While attending the “Creed 3” premiere, Michael B. Jordan made a joke at the expense of a past schoolmate who had once labeled him as being “corny”.
Michael B. Jordan Calls Out High School Bully At Creed 3 Premiere
During a conversation with Lore’l, who presents “The Morning Hustle Show,” the host reminded the celebrity that they had gone to the same school. But rather than that being a sign of good memories, it appears that Jordan had a chip on his shoulder due to the experience that he may have gone through.
And he let the host know in no uncertain terms that he had not forgotten. In the video here, Michael can be heard saying the following: “I was the corny kid, right?” to which she replied: “I did not say that! I was misquoted for sure.” This raised a lot of talking points for the following reasons.
First of all, there were suggestions that Jordan had a grievance since his attitude showed that he had no time for the interviewer. Secondly, there was also a perception that the interviewer was trying to evade responsibility. After all, Jordan did hit back at her denials.
He added: “I heard it,” as she responded: “And to be honest with you, we teased him all the damn time because his name was Michael Jordan. Let’s start there, and he was no Michael Jordan.” The fans on social media came out in droves in order to support Jordan.
And in the process of doing so, they praised him for calling out the host. One person wrote: “Max respect for Michael, he was fine doing the interview but SHE brought up the past so he was like “oh well then…And yet no apology smh,” while another person stated: “Bruh the WAY he looked at her was awesome.”
