According to Page Six, Jessica found The Shoebox Project in 2011. Along with Caroline, Vanessa and Katy Mulroney, the four women helped distribute $50 boxes to homeless or at risk women. In a statement, the charity said: “Jessica Mulroney is a founding member of The Shoebox Project and she has dedicated herself to its growth and success over the years, for which we are very grateful. In light of recent events, the charity supports Jessica’s decision to step away from the Board of Directors.”

The television star and stylist has been fired from her CTV show, I Do Redo and let go from Good Morning America. This comes after a video that was posted by Canadian influencer Sasha Exeter, who says that Jessica threatened her during their argument. The backlash has since been an ugly one, as reports have indicated that even Meghan Markle has cut ties with her former best friend, as she is reportedly “mortified” by Jessica’s behavior.

After CTV announced that they were giving Jessica Mulroney the pink slip for her behavior, it didn’t take very long for many royal fans and critics to comment about the matter. Some people took to their social media accounts to say, “My first thought was oh she thinks because she has a black friend she’s exempt.
