There’s a new report that suggests Meghan Markle will be dealing with yet another nightmare on her hands as Piers has just landed a new job and with Fox News Media, no less. Meghan Markle Warned Piers Morgan’s New Job Might Give Her Nightmares
According to reports, Piers has made a deal with News Corp and Fox News Media in a global deal that includes a new TV show in early 2022, newspaper columns and a book contract. Rupert Murdoch, who owns News Corp, said in a statement that Piers was “the broadcaster every channel wants but is too afraid to hire. Piers is a brilliant presenter, a talented journalist and says what people are thinking and feeling.”
Piers himself gave Meghan a warning when he spoke at the same place that he met her back in 2016 at the Scarsdale Tavern in Kensington. Celebrating his new job, he told The Sun: “And I need to say a special thank you Meghan. As we sit drinking now, it was five years ago I met her here. And I bet she was sitting there celebrating my departure from Good Morning Britain so this move will be the stuff of nightmares for her.”
He added: “So cheers Meghan!”
Piers’ show will air on weeknights on FOX News Media’s streaming service FOX Nation in the United States, Sky News Australia and on talkTV, a new British channel that will launch early next year.
