Reports suggest that Meghan Markle has obtained initial official authorization to revive her lifestyle blog, The Tig.
Meghan Markle Reportedly Been Given the Go Ahead To Restart Her Blog-‘It’s Very Weird,’ Says Esther Krakue
According to recent reports, Prince Harry and Meghan are positioning themselves as progressive, genuine do-gooders as they move forward with their lives beyond the Royal Family.
In the past few months, they faced severe criticism due to the publication of Prince Harry’s memoir “Spare,” which has put several members of the firm in a negative light. These allegations have caused a significant decline in their popularity not only in the UK but also internationally.
With that being said, the blog could provide the couple with an opportunity to rebrand themselves. Esther Krakue, who happens to be a royal expert, had this to say: “She’s set to launch this lifestyle blog and to compete with the likes of Jessica Alba and Gwyneth Paltrow. It’s very weird because she’s not a legitimate businesswoman in any regard really.”
If those comments are taken to be true, then it is very significant for the following reasons. First of all, it could provide Meghan an opportunity to show her children to the public given that they have been shielded from the limelight. This is particularly since they have now been given royal titles.
Secondly, this will allow the pair to distance themselves from the firm, as there is only so much they can do when it comes to attacking them. Krakue’s following comments confirmed as much: “Opening a lifestyle blog is not exactly the pinnacle of progressive work.
“But they are looking for a legitimate cause because they realise that now everything that they do will be linked to the royal family.” The social media response was clear. Large numbers of people began to slam the Duchess of Sussex on the basis that they did not feel she had what it took to rival the other celebrities in the wellness area that she may be looking to follow.
