Fans of Married at First Sight will recall that things got off on the wrong foot even before Karen Landry and Miles Williams walked down the aisle. The duo saw each other before the wedding even though they weren’t supposed to.
Karen received an anonymous text before she got married to Miles. The text revealed his identity and what he does for a living. At first, Karen thought Miles was not her type. She began to question whether she should turn back and give up on the wedding.
Also, even though Karen eventually walked down the aisle to marry Miles, the duo had their own share of struggles. Karen was closed off with her partner because of the baggage from past relationships.
She didn’t open up to him until much later. The duo almost called it quits during the experiment. However, here they are.

Although the couple had their share of challenges in the Lifetime show, they found ways to make their marriage work since they decided to stay married on Decision Day. Miles allowed his wife to open up on her own terms, and they are doing well now.
Season 11 of Married at First Sight has an unusually success rate. Out of five couples, three of them are together, which is a major win for experts as well. Mike and Karen are one of the lucky couples, and that is why Miles can look back at his wedding day and smile.
