A crazy Tennessee police officer Maegan Hall has spoken out for the first time since being let go following the revelation of a lewd sex scandal involving seven other cops, claiming that she “did say no.” In a federal civil rights case filing earlier this week, Hall, 26, said she felt “sexually groomed” by her supervisors and that she felt “terrorized” by them in an interview with WTVF.

A number of prominent police officers from the La Vergne Police Department are named in the lawsuit, which alleges that they ‘took advantage’ of her poor mental health and vulnerabilities as she tried to negotiate a troubled marriage. In her first interview since the incident, Hall reaffirmed the allegations made in the 51-page lawsuit, emphasizing that while she is not “calling it rape,” she “gave in from the pressure.”

The Tennessee police force provided detailed accounts of Hall’s extramarital encounters with other officers. The lawsuit claimed that these sleazy relationships developed as a result of her professional relationship with Sgt. Lewis Powell. “I know what most people are saying, you know, you could’ve said no. I get it. But my response to them is ‘I did say no,’ and he wouldn’t take it for an answer.” She expanded upon during the interview.

From there, it is alleged that she had interactions with Gavin Schoeberl, Larry Holladay, Patrick Magliocco, Ty McGowan, Juan Lugo-Perez, and Detective Seneca Shields. Due to the events, Powell, Lugo-Perez, McGowan, and Shields were fired. The others, however, were suspended but retained their jobs. Burrel “Chip” Davis, the police chief in La Vergne, lost his job last month as well.

Hall, who attributed her erratic behavior to a failing marriage, claimed that the department’s all-male second shift singled her out and enticed her into a promiscuous lifestyle.
