Love Island news finds that fans are aware that they miss some parts of the day when the show is filmed, as it is impossible to condense a full 24 hours into a one hour slot on television. Paige Turley has recently admitted to the Mirror that fans didn’t see one explosive confrontation during the winter show.

The winner of the winter edition of the show admitted that Demi Jones and Alexi Eraclides clashed during the Casa Amor section of the series. Paige admitted that it was a heated disagreement between the two of them, but producers decided against including the disagreement on the show.

Love Island News: Paige Answers Fans Questions

Fans were given an insightful look into the show by the reigning champion after she conducted an ‘Ask Me Anything’ on Reddit. Fans of the show were able to ask Paige anything, whether that be about previous relationships or secrets surrounding the show.

There were already reports that Alexi and Demi clashed during the show after Biggs made the revelation in his exit interview. However, this was the first time that one of the stars of the series have addressed the rumours. Paige admitted that the two had a disagreement over the sleeping arrangements for the first night after the six new boys arrived into the villa.

Love Island News: Disagreement Over Sleeping Arrangements

Paige admitted that the argument wasn’t that bad and Alexi and Demi made up in the morning. The Love Island winner admitted that sleeping arrangements were always a contentious issue, and at that time it would particularly tough as they were low on beds. It ended in tears for Alexi in the end as he was sent home after no girls coupled up with him from the main villa.

At the time of the argument, Demi was coupled up with Nas. However, he broke her heart when he returned to the main villa with Eva Zapico. Regardless, Demi was able to find love in the end as she coupled up with Luke Mabbott. However, their relationship hasn’t flourished in the outside world, and they have recently announced that they have split up.
