According to recently obtained court paperwork , Lisa Bonet has officially ended her relationship with Jason Momoa by filing for divorce. Nearly two years after making their split public, the couple has filed for divorce.
Bonet notes that their separation date is October 7, 2020, in the filed form, suggesting that they had been living apart for a while. After being married in 2017, the pair had a happy marriage for around three years.
Bonet is requesting shared physical and legal custody of their two little children, Lola and Nakoa-Wolf. Bonet is not asking for spousal support in financial problems. On the other side, it seems that Momoa is not going to ask for financial help either.
Their assets and separate property are described as “agreed between the parties,” suggesting that they have a prenuptial agreement in place.
Lisa Bonet And Jason Momoa OFFICIALLY Divorced Two Years After Splitting Up
Lisa Bonet was previously married to Lenny Kravitz, with whom she had a daughter, the actress Zoe Kravitz. This is Lisa Bonet’s second marriage. However, this is the first and only marriage that Jason Momoa has ever had.
Although they were only married for eight years, the pair had a long dating relationship dating back to 2005. As they said when they first announced their separation, they are dedicated to co-parenting and releasing one another to pursue personal development and self-knowledge.
It’s unfortunate that they’ve divorced. Momoa had spoken about his love for Bonet on several occasions over the years, even recounting the moment he saw her on television and told himself that someday he was going to marry her. However, even though his dream had come true, it didn’t seem to last. It doesn’t look like things had been that great between the two for a while.
We wish them the best in their new lives. We were really pulling for them. In the world of celebrity couples, they were one that we thought would last forever.
