According to reports, in Tennessee, Kyle Chrisley was taken into custody for the offense of aggravated assault.
Kyle Chrisley Was Allegedly Arrested For Aggravated Assault-‘That Is One Troubled Being’
As per TMZ reports, the staff alleged that Kyle Chrisley used a “fixed blade” while involved in a conflict with his boss at Penske Truck Rental.
However, Kyle’s spouse, Ashleigh Chrisley, has stated that this is not true. Ashleigh reported that Kyle had engaged in a “verbal disagreement” with another co-worker while on the job.
She stated that following the incident, Kyle was instructed to depart and he complied with the instruction. However, an arrest warrant was subsequently released for the charge of aggravated assault.
In her comments, she said: “Kyle has a knife that he carries for work, but he did not pull it out or brandish it, nor did he use it on the person. He will plea not guilty.”
According to a representative from Rutherford County Jail, the ex-reality TV star was arrested and charged with a felony on Tuesday, 14th March 2023.
The individual, who is 31 years old, was able to secure his release from jail by paying a bond of $3,000. However, he is required to appear in court on March 20th, 2023.
And yet, this is not the only problem. Todd Chrisley and Julie Chrisley, Kyle’s father and stepmother respectively, have been imprisoned for financial crimes.
Todd, who is 53 years old, has been sentenced to 12 years at Federal Prison Camp Pensacola in Florida. Julie, who was initially set to serve seven years at Federal Correctional Institution Marianna, has been transferred to Federal FMC Lexington in Kentucky.
Upon their release, both the Chrisleys will be required to undergo a 16-month probation period. The couple was first charged with fraud and tax evasion in August 2019, and a fresh indictment was filed against them in February 2022.
With that being said, the response on social media was one of concern. Large numbers of people made it clear that Kyle had to get his life in order to move on from this.
Meanwhile, others began to slam the wider family in general due to the problems they were facing with the law as a whole.
One person wrote: “That is one troubled being,” while another person stated: “They’re just like the Biden family aside from fact the Biden’s get away with their crimes.”
