‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ spoilers find that Kim has been shouting from the roof tops her desire to become a lawyer. Unfortunately for the reality star, that still remains a pipe dream as she failed to pass the ‘Baby Bar’, a California requirement to continue the three more years of necessary study.
Kim Kardashian announced back in 2019 that she was studying to become a lawyer and had begun a four-year apprenticeship with a firm in San Francisco. Her goal was to take the bar in 2022.
‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’: Kim Fails the Baby Bar Law Exam.
Though Kim had never graduated college, California is one of four U.S. states that offers a path to passing the bar without attending law school. This is called “reading the law,” and includes apprenticing with a practicing lawyer or judge.
This is a four year program with passing of the baby bar exam required at the end of the first year. A passing grade for the Baby Bar is 560. Kim scored 474.
In a sneak peek of Thursday’s upcoming episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, the 40 year old confesses to sisters Kourtney Kardashian and Khloe that she did not pass the Baby Bar.
“I am a failure,” she moans to her sisters. “To not pass gets your spirits down. It makes you want to give up.”
Kourtney, 41, and Khloé Kardashian, 36, commend their sister for her efforts, telling her that they are proud of how far she has come, and believe their late father, (O.J. Simpson case winning) attorney Robert Kardashian Sr. would be, too.
Kim then laments the wasted time away from her kids while studying and doesn’t think she wants to try again.
It must be tough to not get something you want…for once.
It is no big surprise to hear Kim did not pass. Surely if she had, it would have been splashed all over her social media, just like the photos of her “studying” were. Looks like the bikini wasn’t such a big help, after all.
