‘Keeping Up With The Kardashian’ news find that Blac Chyna is on top. There’s a new report that says the Instagram celebrity and Rob Kardashian’s baby mama has won another victory in her legal battle against Kris Jenner and the Kardashian family. Here’s what you need to know.
A California appeals court determined that Chyna is entitled to a jury trial in her defamation and intentional interference with contractual relations lawsuit. The lawsuit is in regards to the E! TV series, “Rob & Chyna,” which premiered in 2016 and was dropped after only one season.

Chyna filed her suit in 2017 over claims of assault, battery, domestic violence, defamation, and interference with prospective economic relations. Apparently, Chyna’s evidence in her case backs up the claim that Kris Jenner supposedly lied about her allegation that Chyna was violent against Rob. Kris then used the allegation to have their reality television series canceled.
“Chyna also proved that, although Kris Jenner was the ringleader for the plot to get Season 2 of ‘Rob & Chyna’ canceled, Kim Kardashian West, Khloé Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner each separately defamed and intentionally interfered with Chyna’s contract for Season 2 — so all three daughters face a trial by jury for their illegal conduct against Chyna …,” Chyna’s legal team told Page Six.
Chyna’s case against Kris Jenner and the Kardashians will begin in November. She is currently seeking millions of dollars in damages. If that weren’t enough, Chyna also has another court date scheduled for November in a separate case in which Rob Kardashian apparently posted illegal revenge porn of his ex.
“The evidence in our case overwhelmingly establishes that the claims filed by Blac Chyna are without merit and we look forward to a jury trial to dispose of these meritless claims,” Rob’s attorney, Marty Singer says.
