Amelia Gray Hamlin could not stop gushing over her boyfriend Scott Disick, as the pair celebrated the latter’s 38th birthday.

The couple continue to go on strong, in spite of the controversy surrounding their age gap. After all, there is almost a twenty-year age difference. But their relationship has matured with time, and Amelia let the world know just how much she cared for Scott. During a post to her fans on Instagram, we can see a picture of her and Scott sitting next to each other on a boat at sea.
In front of them is a selection of food. The post was captioned by the following comments: “Happy birthday, my love. you light up my life and make my world better. I can’t imagine what I would do without you…I’m so lucky. I’m so blessed to have met you. I love you.”
Despite Scott’s happiness with Amelia, the same cannot be said of that with his ex-wife Kourtney Kardashian. The pair shared a relatively close bond because Kourtney is the mother of Scott’s kids. Their closeness has been most visible during the Keeping Up with the Kardashians reality show.
However, with that now set to come to an end at the conclusion of this season, Scott’s relationship with Kourtney has become more distant. A source confirmed as much: “Scott and Kourtney’s relationship is definitely strained. They don’t communicate much unless it has to do with their kids.”
That should usually not be a cause for concern, but given how much time Scott had invested emotionally with the Kardashians, it has left him feeling out of place. For the first time in a long time, Scott has had to deal with the fact that he is no longer living in close proximity with the Kardashians. He has, since then, moved to Miami in order to set up his new life with Amelia.
That has come with its own challenges though. The source added: “Scott feels not just disconnected from Kourtney, but also all the Kardashians. This was his biggest fear…and now him being on the outskirts with Kourtney is affecting him.”
