Kourtney Kardashian has admitted that she is no longer as close as she was with her sister Khloe Kardashian.
Kourtney Kardashian Admits She Is Not As Close To Khloe As She Used To Be-‘I’m In A Different Place’
The pair were reportedly very close but things changed when Khloe had her daughter, True. During the course of that process, it is claimed that Khloe got very close to her other sister Kim Kardashian. In addition, Kourtney was not necessarily happy with how the dynamics played out which showed her in a negative light on reality TV.
In an interview on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast, Kourtney said: “I think that when Khloe was pregnant with True and Kim had a surrogate at that time, I felt like they really bonded. They were going through the same things.”
Nevertheless, there is nothing to suggest that there has been a massive falling out. Kourtney expanded on how she is simply in a different place when it comes to Khloe. This is entirely understandable for the following reasons.
First of all, Kourtney is in a very committed relationship with her husband, Travis Barker, after having recently gotten married. In contrast, Khloe is still single having failed to settle down following her split from Tristan Thompson.
Secondly, Kourtney has made it very clear that she is looking to have children with Travis. And children are not on Khloe’s mind after she recently welcomed a second baby with Tristan via a surrogate. As such, the two sisters have different priorities going forward.
Kourtney’s following comments confirmed as much: “I feel like Khloe and I are good…You know, we’re good,’ she said. ‘I think just life isn’t the same. I think I’m in a different place.”
In reality, things are never going to be perfect between siblings. And the Kardashians are no exception when it comes to that, especially since each of them is very successful in their own right. And this is something that should be expected.
