Kim Kardashian has confirmed that she spoke to Pete Davidson prior to making her debut on Saturday Night Live.
Kim Kardashian Spoke To Pete Davidson Prior To Her SNL Debut-‘He’s Like…You’re Good’
Kim, for her part, was widely praised for her performance after having come across as a natural on screen. Not only did she manage to hide her nerves, but in the process of doing so, she came across as very witty indeed.
This included roasting members of her family with some brutal jokes, one of which was also directed against her ex Kanye West. While that may have been the case, it seems that Pete’s input was vital in making sure that Kim delivered.
In an interview, she said: “I ran into Pete Davidson at the Met [Gala] and I was like, ‘I am so scared. I don’t know what I signed up for. And he’s like, ‘Can you read cue cards? You’re good. You’re good.”
Her performance, though, was much more than simply reading cue cards. During the course of the show, she was involved in an Aladdin sketch with Pete. The latter played Aladdin, while Kim was playing his flame Jasmine.
In the picture here, we can see that both of them are dressed up in their respective roles. They then share a passionate kiss, much to the delight of the audience. And by the looks of it, this may be the first of many appearances that they make on a TV show together.
Kim has also expanded upon how Pete may have an appearance on the Kardashians new reality TV show. Although nothing has been confirmed as of yet, she did hint that the fans may see Pete at some point.
If that does go ahead, there will be plenty of storylines for the couple to get into including their highly-publicised feud with Kanye West. In her prior comments, she remarked: “I have not filmed with him, and I’m not opposed to it. It’s just not what he does.
“But if there was an event happening and he was there, he wouldn’t tell the cameras to get away. I think I might film something really exciting coming.” So there you have it folks. What did you think about this?
