Khloe Kardashian Explains Why She Called Tristan Thompson A Liar
The anticipation for the new reality series had been brewing ever since the conclusion of ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians.’ And Khloe did not disappoint when she addressed some remarks made by Tristan at the event where he allegedly stated that he was wanting to build a family with her.
While that may have been the case, the Kardashian was not convinced by Tristan’s intentions which resulted in her screaming ‘liar.’ And looking back, it was a traumatic experience to say the least.
In an episode of the show, Khloe said: “I felt as if the whole theater was staring at me. I was just like, ‘This is so awkward.’ Because it’s like, ‘what a crock of s–t. What the f–k? I believed you and I was listening to you and I was receiving everything you said. But you’re a f–king liar!'”
Nevertheless, things have changed since then. First of all, Khloe and Tristan would go on to announce that they had welcomed a second child together via a surrogate following the premiere. Therefore, this would validate what Tristan was going to do.
Secondly, even if Tristan was not being entirely honest, Khloe’s remarks were hardly going to set a good example for their daughter, True. Regardless of what the case may have been, Khloe recognised that she did shoot herself in the foot.
Her following comment confirmed as much: “It just came out. I probably made it a lot more awkward than it needed to be. Story of my life.” The duo have come a long way since then and the second baby provides them with an opportunity to keep things in a cordial manner.
