    Kendall Jenner Opens Up On How She Copes With Her Anxiety Problems-‘I Am Finding Ways To Help Me’

    Kendall Jenner has opened up on how she keeps her mental health in check amid her anxiety problems. 

    Kendall Jenner Opens Up On How She Copes With Her Anxiety Problems-‘I Am Finding Ways To Help Me’

    It is no secret that the reality TV star has struggled to combat anxiety, which she has documented in the past. This has played out by way of her previous admission in which she stated how her addiction to social media had a negative impact on her mental health.

     But in order to deal with such issues, Kendall has focused on taking time out for herself in and amongst her hectic life. In the video here, we can see a clip from Kendall’s yard. It is an open area that includes a little pond and plants scattered around. It is clearly a peaceful area.

    The post was captioned by the following comments: “My anxiety (especially social anxiety) has been on 100 lately. I’ve come to a place where I don’t feel bad about it. I love my space and my alone time.

    “I am finding ways to help me start my day off with a calmer, more positive mindset.” Having a positive environment is one thing, but what you do with that is also just as important. And for Kendall, she had a variety of things that she does in order to stay calm.

    She expanded on how she undertakes breathing exercises, as well as writing down things that she is grateful for. And the latter is especially something that she can look at, as most people could only dream of attaining the level of success that she has managed to achieve. In the process of doing so, she has become happier in her own skin.

    She added: “Give it a try. I’m optimistic about my day ahead and you should be too! love you!” The fans resonated with what Kendall had to say. And by sharing her struggles, it served as an example to other people that they could tackle their issues.

    One fan wrote: “Thank you for being so open about your struggles with anxiety. It helps so many people (like me!) knowing we’re not alone.” So there you have it folks. What did you think about this?
