Kate Moss opened up about the unique gift that her ex Johnny Depp gave her during their time together.
Kate Moss Recalls Johnny Depp Gifting Her A Diamond Necklace That Came From His Ass Crack
The pair had been dating for around 4 years ever since they got together in 1994. Despite parting ways, they have remained on good terms.
This was most notably seen when Kate testified on Depp’s behalf during his defamation trial with Amber Heard in which she confirmed that the actor did not push her down the stairs.
But aside from that, she did forge memories with Depp, some of which were quite bizarre. Moss recalled how Johnny gave her a necklace in the strangest of ways. In her comments, she said: “That diamond necklace Johnny gave me. They were the first diamonds I ever owned.
“He pulled them out of the crack of his ass. We were going out to dinner and he said, ‘I’ve got something in my bum. Can you have a look?’ And I was like, ‘What?’ [I] put [my] hand down his trousers, I pulled out a diamond necklace.”
That necklace was a reminder of how fond Moss was of Depp. Not only did she go on to wear it at the 1995 CFDA Fashion Awards, where it did capture a lot of attention, it represented something else.
The model previously spoke on how she found it extremely difficult to deal with their break up since no one at that time had watched out for her like Depp had done.
In some prior comments, she remarked: “There’s nobody that’s ever really been able to take care of me. Johnny did for a bit … And that’s what I missed when I left. I really lost that gauge of somebody I could trust.”
