Kate Middleton has been spotted for the first time since Christmas at Sandringham and after abdominal surgery. Reporters obtained pictures of Princess Catherine as she sat in the passenger seat of an Audi with her mother, Carole Middleton, driving near Windsor.

The Palace Has Kept Mum About Kate’s Health

Kate looked as cool as a cucumber in a stylish pair of shades, and photographers took the picture just before 9:00 a.m. It appeared that the two were returning from a school run.

Someone published these pictures on the US website TMZ. It didn’t appear that Kensington Palace authorized the pictures after months of fiercely protecting the Princess’s privacy.

The Palace has done an excellent job keeping her condition under wraps and saying that Kate should be allowed to recuperate without the world watching her every move.

It is the first time since December that Kate Middleton has appeared in public and pictures were taken of her. In January, The Palace announced that Kate was admitted to the London Clinic for abdominal surgery.

After that, Kate remained in the hospital for two weeks, then went home to Windsor to finish her recovery. The Palace announced that Kate would not return to her royal duties until Easter.

Throughout the ordeal, Kate has clarified that she wishes to keep her medical details private. Kensington Palace has shielded her from any intrusion.

That didn’t stop rumors from swirling when users on social media speculated everything from her having a bad haircut to her being in a coma. (The Palace put their foot down with that one).

It was an absolute s**t show on sites like Twitter, as reporters heavily circulated the gossip. From the start of this, Kensington Palace, which represents the Wales (as Buckingham Palace represents the King and Queen), has said that they would only update the public if and when there were any significant developments.

    Kate Values Her Privacy

So far, nothing has changed. Kate has remained out of public view until now. King Charles, on the other hand, chose to share his cancer diagnosis.

However, Charles has yet to disclose what type of cancer he has. Clinicians have confirmed that it is not prostate cancer. Following doctor’s orders, he has backed off from royal appearances while undergoing treatment.

He has not been seen publicly, but he has been seen going to church with Camilla working on State business and paperwork.

The King also made a touching video of himself sharing cards and letters from well-wishers, many of whom were youngsters who sent him colorful drawings to bring him some levity and cheer.

Kate Middleton Has The Right to Her Privacy

In valuing discretion over frankness, Kate has stood by the long-held royal family rule to

    “Never complain, never explain.”

It was the long-standing belief of Queen Elizabeth that it was one’s duty to keep a consistent, dignified, and polished image without conveying any vulnerability or defensiveness.

Oversharing is generally frowned upon in the royal family, which is part of why Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are so grating to them and the UK and US public.

Kate’s decision not to disclose personal information would have made Queen Elizabeth proud.

Kate Middleton is keeping her medical situation private. This situation is all good; however, imaginations are running amuck, and predictions are wildly exaggerated. However, seeing a current picture of her could help with the speculation. Let us know what you think in the comments below.
