It has been three months since the Keeping Up With the Kardashians season finale aired but Kim Kardashian is back at work, posting on Instagram that she was on set for “Day 1” of the family’s yet unnamed Hulu show.
Back in December, as the 20th and final season of their long running E! reality series began to wrap up, The Kardashian-Jenner family announced they would be creating “global content” as part of a multi-year partnership with Hulu . A title and premiere date has not yet been announced, but reports say the show will debut in 2021.
Kardashians Start Production On New Hulu Show
Momager, Kris Jenner offered more details on the “new chapter” for the famous-for-being-famous family saying, “In the new show, you’ll see us evolving as a family. Fans want us to be who we are and since moment one, they’ve been emotionally invested in our show just like we are. The fans will love seeing us continue the journey. I can’t say much about what’s coming, but spoiler: we’re going to look fabulous and everyone’s going to watch.”
A new show is hardly needed for fans to keep up with the Kardashian-Jenner clan. The family continues to dominate the tabloid headlines with Kim and Kanye West’s ‘are they or aren’t they’ divorce, Kourtney Kardashian and beau Travis Barker’s ‘ they definitely are’ continual and raunchy PDA and Kylie Jenner’s new pregnancy.
Either way, fans will be excited that they might continue to see these headlines play out months later on the streaming platform.
Working on the new Hulu show isn’t the only project Kim Kardashian is currently working on. It seems her dream of passing the bar has been shelved for now and instead Kim announced she will be guest hosting an episode of Saturday Night Live during its upcoming 47th season.
“OMFG no turning back now!!!!” Kim wrote on Twitter on September 22 “LOL I’m hosting SNL!!!!!!”
Kim’s episode will film/air October 9 with musical guest Halsey also appearing.
