‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ spoilers find that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West saga seems to be coming to an end, but this was predictable as far back as 2018, according to an insider.
‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ Spoilers: Kanye’s Comments On North Were ‘The Breaking Point In Their Marriage’
A source told Us Weekly that Kanye’s controversial comments on slavery in 2018 marked the inevitable that was to come: “The turning point in Kim and Kanye’s marriage was when he said that slavery was a choice. They went through a really rough patch in the aftermath of that. Kim was completely mortified by Kanye’s ridiculous and outrageous comments.
“It took a lot for them to move past it, but they were able to eventually. But when Kanye told the world that he and Kim had discussed aborting North [in July 2020], it was the breaking point in their marriage.” And Kim saw the end after Kanye continued his barrage of statements in 2020. He had claimed that Kim was trying to get him locked up in an institution, as well as alleging that she had cheated on him with Meek Mill.
Added to that, he spoke on his daughter North and the possibility of abortion, which put the final nail in the coffin. The source continued: “There was no turning back for Kim after that. She was able to brush off things that he said for shock value in the past, but she was in over her head as soon as he brought their children into it.
“She thought it was utterly unacceptable and freaked out over the thought of North one day reading about it. From there, they were never able to get back to the place they were once in.” It is important to note that Kanye has been suffering from mental health problems in the past. He has been honest about his addiction to opioids, which resulted in him seeking professional help.
In addition, Kanye has spoken about the struggles that he has experienced in the aftermath of his mother’s death which led to him being ‘born again’ in reference to his new-found Christian faith. And yet, for all the troubles, Kim had pleaded with Kanye to keep their problems in house.
A source said: “Kim and Kanye, of course, had disagreements behind closed doors just like any other couple, but she asked him several times to be careful with the things he said in public, especially when it involved the kids.” Let us hope that Kanye does not have a significant relapse from this.
