Kanye West is refusing to let go of hope. The rapper recently referred to the reality television star as his “wife” even though she pulled the plug on their marriage back in February. Kanye hinted that he still wants to get together again with Kim, but it might be too late for him.
That’s because the “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star might have already moved on with “Saturday Night Live” comedian Pete Davidson. Here’s what you need to know.
Kanye West Is Still Calling Kim Kardashian “My Wife”
In an interview with Revolt TV’s Drink Champs, Kanye made it clear that he wants to be with Kim, for better or for worse. He also wasn’t happy with the way SNL portrayed their separation. He said, “‘SNL’ making my wife say ‘I divorced him’ on TV because they just wanted to get that bar off. I never even seen the papers. We’re not even divorced. They ain’t no joke to me. My kids want their parents to stay together. I want us to be together.”
Kanye also seemingly blamed Kim’s PR team for pushing out the idea that they are completely done. “There’s this publicist that’s nice to her,” he added. “I don’t f–k with her. I do not want over our house, and I don’t f–k with some of them nannies, either.”
Meanwhile, things seem to be heating up between Kanye and Kim. According to reports, Kimmy Cakes and Pete were spotted having dinner at his hometown of Staten Island, right outside of New York City. And apparently, it was quite the lovely and romantic date night, too.
“Pete arranged a dinner on the rooftop privately,” a restaurant source told us. “It was just the two of them.” The source went on to say that they also didn’t have any security on them. “They quietly were able to sneak in and out,” our source added.
