JoJo Siwa has made it categorically clear that she will be cutting ties with Candace Cameron Bure.

These comments arrived on the back end of Candace receiving backlash for her comments concerning marriage. Candace, for her part, had spoken about how she was delighted that the Great American Family had been focusing on ‘traditional marriages’ at the core of its ventures.
And given that Siwa is someone who identifies as a part of the LGBTQ+ community, those comments did not sit well with her since she interpreted them as Candice bashing marriages that did not conform to the traditional norm.
In her comments, Siwa said: “We have not [talked], and I don’t think we ever will again. You not liking gay marriage, do your thing girl. You being religious, do your thing girl.
“Of course, I would want everybody to do what they want to do. But to purposely exclude someone because of who they love, that’s s–tty.”
The pair do have a lot of history together when it comes to feuds. It was only this year that Siwa raised a few eyebrows when she referred to Candace as the rudest celebrity she had ever met.
This was on the basis that JoJo had become offended by Candace’s refusal to take a picture with her during the premiere of ‘The Fuller House.’
And as JoJo was very young at the time, coupled with the fact that Candace had apparently been taking pictures with other children, this was something that did hurt JoJo.
Although they did manage to speak with each other in the aftermath and clear the air, this has now all been for nothing. The fans on social media felt that this had been blown out of proportion. And as a result, some people were of the view that political correctness was now becoming absurd.
One person wrote: “So apparently if you believe in traditional marriage you can’t say anything because it is offensive. But it’s ok for the lbgtq community to say whatever they want.”
