Netflix’s ‘Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem and Madness’ took the world by storm when it released on the streaming platform. Many claimed the incredible boom to the pandemic and people being stuck inside watching anything they could find.
However, for whatever reason, everyone and their grandma started watching the series and instantly became fixated on the odd character of Joe Exotic aka Joseph Allen Schreibvogel. The man who made a character to tell zoo tickets that ultimately got consumed by the role was absolutely intriguing to watch.
His reign came to an end, however, when he landed in jail. Many claimed he is innocent, while others feel he must be in there for a reason. Whatever the outcome, his husband, Dillon Passage spoke to Good Morning Britain and revealed that the second season of ‘Tiger King’ is filming.
Speaking to Good Morning Britain today, he said:
“I’ve done a little bit of filming for that [season two].”
“I do not know the release date but it’s going to be very interesting because it will tell a little bit of Joe’s arrest and afterwards.”
“I know there’s going to be some phone call recordings of Joe that is going to be in it. There is no filming since he’s incarcerated.”
Joe Exotic’s Husband Gave An Update On ‘Tiger King’ Season 2
It appears the second season will be focused on the results of the first season and we will see where and what happened to Joe Exotic since. It appears many people have not given up on him, including his husband.
Passage continued, saying that Joe is hoping for a presidential pardon,
“So the pardon, Joe’s legal team are sending out the requests for it next week or the week after. They are driving a car all the way to DC to deliver it in person.”
