Jana Kramer has spoken about the marital problems that she has been going through with her husband, Mike Caussin.

In an interview on the Whine Down podcast, she shared a picture of herself crying in an attempt to show that their problems were only temporary. When speaking on the picture, she said: “Nothing is perfect. This was a few weeks ago in Canada. I took this picture to almost remind myself that even though in the moment it seems like everything is doomed, it’s not.”
The relationship problems, though, have not been enough for her to consider leaving Mike. She has taken her struggles as an attempt to understand the root causes, which will better prepare the two for how to move forward. She added: “It’s [argument] a moment for growth and more understanding and to lean into your partner.
“Now, when you’re in the middle of the fire, it’s hard to lean in and see that but just know it’s not the end of the world. And we all have these moments so [you’re] not alone.” The problems seem to stem from the fact that the couple do not have adequate balance in their lives. Jana is well known for her time on Dancing with the Stars. But such a project came with a demanding schedule that often lead to family commitments being brushed aside.
And it seems this had an impact on their childcare duties, with Mike taking on the bigger role in looking after their kids: Jolie, 5, and Jace, 2. That seems to be the one regret Jana has picked up on. She continued: “There’s some of that light resentment. You’re freaking exhausted. You’re working all day. You maybe needed more things from me, and then I’m with the kids. I felt like [there was] lack of respect for what I was doing.”
Arguing is not a problem as long as something constructive gets done. The lesson that has been learnt is that Jana and Mike need to spend more quality time together. And she echoed some wise words in an Instagram post to her fans: “Fights happen. No relationship is perfect. Now the Important thing is in the end, are you fighting the good fight together?”
