Jana Kramer has opened up on how she has been focusing on her kids, as a way to get over the heartbreak from her divorce from Mike Caussin.
Jana Kramer Is Focusing On Her Kids Amid Divorce
The duo decided to part ways, ever since Jana discovered Mike’s latest act of infidelity. While this was nothing new, it did hurt Jana more given she had forgiven his past mistakes. But with the presence of her kids, she has been able to give them more attention now that Mike is no longer in her life. In an Instagram Q&A, Jana opened up on how she has been getting on as a single mother.
She said: “There are times I get upset and think, ‘I didn’t ask for this, [my kids] didn’t ask for this. Some days amazing. Some days OK. Some days upset.” That is understandable, but it does not mean that Jana regrets seeking a divorce. In the aftermath, she has shared several pictures of herself enjoying her time with the family. In the picture here, we can see Jana snuggled up with her son and daughter.
They all have a huge smile on their faces. The post was captioned with the following comments: “Happy heart.” And in keeping with that, she is hoping that her future partner will be able to put her kids first. Mike had been accused for abandoning his family because he could not keep his sex addiction under control.
Jana had even suggested that Mike enter therapy in order to deal with these issues, and yet, it seems he has only chosen to do that once the pair split up. Not to worry, Jana is hoping that her future partner will not bring her similar worries.
In a prior interview with Daily Pop, she stated: “The next person I’m with I don’t want to be, like, you know, ‘I need to look at his phone or ‘I’m scared that person is [going to be] a cheater. I won’t have to feel that energy or wonder. It’s hard not to, though.” Jana certainly knows what she is looking for in a partner.
