Jamie Lee Curtis has found herself coming under attack on Twitter after she shared a photo of her office with a portrait of a child naked, placed in a box.

The 64-year-old actress posted the image on Instagram and Facebook, with the primary focus being the office chairs in the centre of the picture. Nevertheless, a number of people were focused on the peculiar artwork suspended above the chairs.
It was not surprising, then, that this generated a lot of backlash as people began to get disturbed by the whole thing. Stew Peters, a presenter of a radio show, likened Curtis to Jeffrey Epstein, the now-disgraced financier, whose eccentric and inappropriate artworks were disclosed posthumously.
In his comments at the time, he stated: “Why does Jamie Lee Curtis have a picture of a naked child stuffed inside a suitcase on her wall? Strong Epstein vibes.”
Much in the same way, the image even angered those in the political field since it highlighted the Epstein scandal that had tarnished many people. Scott Stephenson, who happens to be a Republican, did not hold back on his condemnation. He stated: “What the actual f—.”
With that being said, Curtis had no option but to come out and give an explanation. While that may have been the case, she has since then deleted the pictures in order to minimise the damage. But in her apology, she merely suggested that the image was a gift with a meaning behind it.
And yet, that did not do enough to satisfy the masses. In her comments in response, Curtis remarked: “I understand it has disturbed some people. As I have said, I am a truth-teller so here’s the truth.
