Jake Paul had promised to move out of Los Angeles to focus on boxing, and he’s keeping his word. Paul has listed his Calabasas home for $7 million. The estate is 3.5 acres with a 15,045 square foot mansion with 8 bedrooms. It features a three-story entryway with a spiral staircase, office, theater, wet bar, and gym.
Also comes with a pool and spa with two waterfalls, a grilling area, and a great view. The massive driveway holds up to 20 cars.
Paul announced last month that he wanted to leave Los Angeles to get away from distractions and move somewhere to focus on boxing. He’s looking to Miami for his move.

Apparently, his neighbors are looking forward to getting someone new in the home as Paul is famous for annoying people with his huge parties and YouTube shoots. Last year, the place was even raided by the FBI when agents in armored trucks stormed the property and seized weapons.
Jake has been making a habit out of calling everyone and anyone out that has any sort of popularity, even challenging UFC superstar Connor McGregor to a boxing match. It’s rumored that this year Jake will be fighting against UFC star Ben Askren.

While Paul is 2-0 in his young boxing career, he’s only fought another YouTuber and a basketball player. It will probably be much more different when he goes toe to toe with an actual fighter, but you never know how these things will work out. On Jake’s Instagram page, his bio reads, “the future of boxing”.
