New details have emerged in Blake Lively’s sexual harassment lawsuit against her “It Ends With Us” co-star and director, Justin Baldoni, painting a disturbing picture of alleged on-set misconduct and a subsequent smear campaign.
Court documents obtained by People magazine reveal shocking allegations, including claims that Baldoni “improvised physical intimacy” during a scene, specifically “discreetly biting and sucking on Ms. Lively’s lower lip” during multiple takes, despite her clear discomfort.

These disturbing claims add to a growing list of allegations against Baldoni, who has vehemently denied all wrongdoing. Previous reports included claims that he showed Lively nude images and videos, discussed his alleged porn addiction, and made inappropriate remarks about her weight and her late father.
The lawsuit alleges that Baldoni, before filming began, “inserted improvised gratuitous sexual content and/or scenes involving nudity into the film,” including a scene where Lively was to “orgasm on-camera” and a graphic depiction of a teenage character losing her virginity, both of which were not in the original novel.
Lively claims these changes were made without her consent and that Baldoni defended them by claiming he was “crafting the story through the female gaze.” While some of these scenes were ultimately removed, Baldoni reportedly insisted on including a scene depicting the characters experiencing simultaneous climax on their wedding night, stating it was “important to him because he and his partner climax simultaneously during intercourse.”
The lawsuit also implicates producer Jamey Heath, who allegedly pressured Lively to simulate nudity during a childbirth scene, despite prior agreements to the contrary. Heath is also accused of entering Lively’s trailer unannounced on multiple occasions while she was undressed or breastfeeding, and of showing her a graphic, fully nude video of his wife giving birth.
The lawsuit further alleges a concerted effort by Baldoni and his team to discredit Lively. Leaked text messages between publicist Jennifer Abel and crisis management expert Melissa Nathan, hired by Baldoni, reveal a disturbing plan to “bury” Lively and “destroy” her reputation.
The messages include disturbing exchanges, such as Nathan joking about “murdering” Lively and Abel expressing a desire to “plant pieces this week about how horrible Blake is to work with.” Baldoni himself allegedly suggested capitalizing on negative press surrounding the film, proposing a social media strategy focusing on domestic violence to shift the narrative away from his own alleged misconduct.
Lively’s team claims these actions constitute a “multi-tiered plan” to damage her reputation, orchestrated by Baldoni and his team.
Baldoni’s attorney, Brian Freedman, vehemently denies all allegations, claiming they are “categorically false” and an attempt by Lively to “fix” her own negative reputation. He alleges that Lively and her team engaged in their own smear campaign, including planting negative stories in the media.
This lawsuit has sent shockwaves through the entertainment industry, raising serious concerns about power dynamics, workplace safety, and the potential for abuse of power within Hollywood.
