We were all cheering for Stephanie Matto and Erika Owens when we first met them. The two of them met online and Stephanie decided to go to Australia to finally meet her face to face. It was going to be a great love story…or so we thought.

If you haven’t noticed already, Stephanie loves and craves attention. You can tell this by her Instagram posts and her YouTube channel. She also sells her nude photos on her OnlyFans account. She still hasn’t come out to her family and she continues to be criticized for her actions on the show. Her controlling and jealous attitude didn’t win her many fans, but she does continue to have quite the following. Usually the comments that are made to her on social media don’t get to her, but there was one comment that did. This is when she finally decided to open up more about her relationship with Erika.

The comment was about how she was never honest with Erika, the comment also doubted her sexuality and they made mention that she catfished Erika. “You seem like a great person Steph, and you’re right, we don’t know the entire story, but Erika is right, you have a lot of jealousy and anger issues that you need to address with someone professionally. You come off as a different person from your online persona as to the real person you are and at the end of the day, it’s just the internet. Being real is sexier.”
Stephanie replied back,”The story you saw on TV was 10% of the full story. There were things not discussed, and perhaps if they would have been, my concerns and behavior would have made a lot more sense. I regret how things happened. It should have never gone that far. I should’ve been out way sooner in the trip.”
Even if the editing is to blame, Stephanie still has some issues that she needs to work out. The jealousy and controlling attitude can’t be edited into the show.
