It has been a long three weeks for the celebrities that took to the Australian jungle, but we have finally crowned our Queen of the jungle. Jacqueline Jossa held off the competition from Andy Whyment and Roman Kemp to take the crown.

Andy was the favourite in the betting ever since he entered the jungle, but few could argue over the public’s decision to hand the ex-EastEnders actress the crown. After one final day in camp full of trials, the Queen was finally crowned by the show’s hosts Ant and Dec.

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here: Final Trials

The day began with each of the remaining campmates taking it in turns to do a legendary trial. Jacqueline was up first, as she bidded to win all of the campmates a starter. She would also look to get a fourth and fifth star, which would mean an alcoholic drink and a treat for herself.

Her trial saw her tied to a star with more creepy crawlies put on her after every two minutes. The final two minutes showed how far she has come, as she had huntsmen spiders on her face, and also had to hold one in her mouth for the final minute. There was no doubt that she wasn’t going to quit; after all, for the first time in the show’s history, no campmate has quit during a trial.

Andy was up next, and he took on the famous eating trial. During the trial, he was given a choice between a British meal or drink along with a disgusting plate. He would have to eat the latter to win the main course for camp. Once again he got a full house, with the final dish of crocodile anus seemingly the one that Andy struggled with most.

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here: Final Meal In Camp

Roman was the last celebrity to take on a trial, and once again he managed to follow his campmates’ lead and win maximum stars. However, his challenge was much harder than those proceeding him. He was locked underground with 52 snakes roaming around on his body. He had to stay in there for ten minutes to win maximum stars, with the final five minutes also in complete darkness.

Maximum stars on all trials meant that they had won more stars than any other bunch of celebrities in the past five years, and they had a feast to remember. Each of them picked their own meal, with Andy going for a chicken dinner, Jacqueline opting for spaghetti bolognese and Roman having pizza.

The next morning Ant and Dec turned up into camp to reveal the celebrity in third place, which was Roman. Before, Andy and Jacqueline joined Ant and Dec in the studio to reveal which one of them would be the winner. Upon the announcement, Jossa broke down in tears and looked overwhelmed as she sat on her throne with the crown placed on her head.
