Prince Harry and Meghan Markle tried and failed to create a “woke” royal family and are bitter that they did not succeed.
The British are said to be able to spot a fake from a mile away. And a fake indeed they spotted.
It all started when Harry and Meghan had their 2021 interview with Oprah.
Harry and Meghan’s Oprah Interview Was a Display of Woke Victimhood
During the interview, Meghan said that when she was pregnant with their first child, there were “conversations” in the royal family about the color of Archie’s skin.
When Oprah asked to name names, she said she couldn’t and just answered,
“I think it would be very damaging for them.”
The couple also tried to justify their decision to step down as working royals. Of course, they meant that they wanted to be free and lead a separate life but also capitalize on the notoriety that comes with their royal titles.
All the while, they were hurling baseless accusations against the royals and inferring that they had racist tendencies. They wouldn’t use the word racist, mind you.
Meghan Markle, in all her woke “I’m a victim” glory, was brilliant at manipulating the media. The royal family’s first-ever biracial member, Meghan, was playing the race card against the Firm.
Meghan did not get what she wanted, and now she was angry. The Duchess of Sussex was complaining about the same system that afforded her the privileges she had.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle had this grand plan of showing everyone how awful the royal family is, and they used their interview with Oprah to control the narrative.
Meghan Has Felt Resentment and Hostility Toward the Royal Family
Meghan has felt a sense of resentment and hostility toward the royal family because she wasn’t allowed to redesign an institution steeped in hundreds of years of tradition to suit her purposes.
The royal racist row wasn’t brought up again until Omid Scobie’s book, “Endgame,” came out on November 28th to scathing reviews by the New York Times and royal experts.
We came to find out that the Dutch version of the book included the names of the “royal racists.” King Charles and Kate Middleton’s names were drug through the mud.
Meghan has denied that she helped Scobie with the book in any way. However, the former actress has been caught in lies before.
Scobie’s book, Finding Freedom,” which was published in 2020, was a very Pro-Sussex account of the events that led up to the Duke and Duchess’s “Megxit.”
Meghan later had to admit to the High Court that she somehow “forgot” she had a hand in creating “Finding Freedom.” She had been briefed by an aide who then gave Scobie the goods. Clearly, Meghan did the same with “Endgame.”
Meghan was determined to use the royal family to further her and Harry’s brand. People started to notice this and called her out on it.
So Harry and Meghan tried to create new, “progressive” roles by being half in, half out of the royal family. The couple quickly learned the monarchy was more robust than their desperate, calculated, selfish agenda.
