This horrifying scene depicts the execution of a homeless man on a St. Louis sidewalk by a man who nonchalantly loaded a handgun. Yesterday, the event happened in front of The Globe Building. The graphic video shows the shooter, Deshawn Thomas, positioned behind the victim, who is seated on the pavement with his hands over his ears. After about 20 seconds, the shooter loaded his weapon and opened fire on the victim.
Witnesses claimed to have seen the two fighting minutes earlier outside the Shell gas station further up the street. Thomas escaped the scene before being apprehended later that afternoon after going into a public library. It is still unknown if Thomas, who has tattoos on his neck and forehead, has a criminal history or whether he was on bond or probation when the killing occurred yesterday.

Frightened Residents of St. Louis claim it is evidence that the city’s authorities, including the Soros-backed leftist Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner, are powerless to stop the rising crime. It is the most recent of several violent offenses that have occurred in St. Louis, which has the fourth-highest murder rate in the nation. 200 killings occurred in 2021, up from 194 in 2019, but down from 263 in 2020. 25 murders have already occurred in the region so far in 2023. Due to the rising number of violent crimes committed by repeat offenders in the city, St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner is receiving more and more demands for her resignation.
What’s just as disgusting is the person recording the video. No one who was watching this play out called out, made a sound or called for help. In the video, they simply stand there and watch as an innocent man is executed in broad daylight in the streets of St. Louis. We have entered a phase in American history that will be remembered for the wrong reasons.
