Hilaria Baldwin has let the world know just how much support her husband Alec Baldwin has been receiving in the aftermath of the ‘Rust’ incident.

Alec’s prop gun incident, which ended up killing cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, has led to a full-blown investigation with the authorities trying to determine whether or not Alec was liable.
And as part of that, there has been a divide in public perception with some believing that Alec should be guilty, while others have seen it as an unfortunate accident that could have happened to anyone.
But it was this latter viewpoint that Hilaria wanted to get across to show that it was the prevailing orthodoxy. In a post to her fans on Instagram, she shared a picture of a truck driver who happened to stop and talk to Alec.
The post was captioned by the following comments: “Grateful for people who stop my husband to say they are thinking about him, praying for him.
“All of these messages are life changing for him. And also for our whole family. A quick act of kindness means the world to us.”
However, not everybody was satisfied with this. Once again, it was seen as part of a wider attempt to improve Alec’s PR image.
This was on the grounds that such things did not need to be displayed on social media to try and convince others of how Alec has been feeling. However, for Hilaria, it was much more than that.
She admitted that this kindness was vital in ensuring that she and her husband were able to navigate this challenging time, especially since there is huge uncertainty about whether Alec will be able to return to the movie industry.
She added: “Grateful to this superhuman who said he was praying for him today, as he was driving by. Didn’t get your name in our split moment encounter, but you are a special soul with a huge heart.”
Regardless of the public view, the only decision that matters is what the authorities conclude. And that is something that Alec and Hilaria cannot get away from no matter how hard they want to.
