Here’s Why Kim Zolciak’s Don’t Be Tardy Got CANCELED By Bravo

Former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak’s reality TV career will see the end of her show Don’t Be Tardy.

Why Did Kim Zolciak’s Don’t Be Tardy Get Taken Off

The series had been running for an impressive eight seasons. Sadly, that is the last that we will see of it. In a post to her fans on her Instagram, Kim outlined what her future plans were going to be. She said: “Don’t Be Tardy isn’t coming back, but the Biermann Bunch is…I love you guys so much and appreciate all your support!!” So why did the show end? First of all, the show had documented a lot of Kim’s life.

Fans got to see an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at her wedding to Kroy Biermann. Not only that, viewers got to see the ins and outs of her kids: KJ, Kash, Kaia and Kane. And with that, there was not much left to cover. And yet, the decision to walk away was not an easy one. In a statement given by the television network, a spokesman said: “We have enjoyed watching the incredible journey of Kim, Kroy and their entire family.”

The news was met with a hint of disappointment amongst the fans. There were no reasons to suggest that the show was going to be ending anytime soon. This raises the obvious question, why did Kim decide to walk away knowing that she had such a successful TV show. It seems that the family wanted to start in a new direction. This was understandable as their lives have moved on since the first episode.

The children are no longer unaware of the entertainment industry, and this new chapter has provided the couple with more opportunities to expand on their brand. In a statement released at the time of their departure, the family said: “The Biermann family is extremely grateful for their 13-year plus relationship…We [hope to] continue to grow in the entertainment industry.”

Although Biermann Bunch is set to return, an official release date has not been put out. This is understandable, given that it has been off the air for a while. The producers will take their time to make sure the show will be a hit.
