Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been told a reconciliation will be over if they leak what happened between them and the Royals behind closed doors during Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee.
Harry And Meghan Warned About Leaking Anything From The Platinum Jubilee-An Olive Branch Has Been Extended’
That is according to Royal expert Duncan Larcombe. The couple had already been given a hint about this when reports indicated that the monarch had banned the couple from having a photographer capture her private meeting with their daughter Lilibet.
In addition, the duo were also prevented from going on the palace balcony as they watched the celebrations from a distance. While there were some obstacles, the fact that the pair attended the UK for the first time in 2 years was a significant step.
And this is something they have to bear in mind going forward, especially since Harry is expected to release his tell-all memoir this year. In an interview with Closer magazine, Duncan said: “An olive branch has been extended by the royal family here.
“But Harry and Meghan would ruin that if any private information about [the Jubilee] weekend was spoken about to the press or revealed in a book.” With that being said, Harry and Meghan will have to carefully consider how much they want to reveal in their projects going forward.
In addition to Harry’s tell-all memoir, there is the obvious case of the couple’s docuseries which has been given the greenlight by Netflix. It is very difficult to imagine that the pair’s UK return will not be focused upon, especially since there had always been question marks over whether they would ever make a UK return.
And that is something that Netflix will want to know. Duncan stated: “They have come to the UK…which is great for their brand and something that Spotify, Netflix and Penguin will be eating up.”
