On Friday, 10th March 2023, Hailey Bieber celebrated the one-year anniversary of her recovery from a mini stroke by sharing a video from last year that documented the significant incident in her life.

The model, who was subjected to harsh criticism by hecklers after her spouse Justin Bieber unexpectedly appeared at Rolling Loud, shared her experience of the frightening occurrence and revealed her diagnosis of a congenital heart anomaly on Instagram.
According to the Mayo Clinic, Hailey provided details regarding a medical condition known as patent foramen ovale (PFO), which refers to an opening in the heart that remains unclosed after birth.
In her comments, she said: “Can’t believe it’s been 1 year since I suffered a mini stroke that led to my PFO diagnosis. Given that it’s the 1 year mark from such a life changing event, I wanted to share all the information I’ve learned about PFO and share resources to donate.”
Haley shared an honest video where she recounted experiencing an unusual feeling in her right arm and loss of sensation in her fingertips, which led to her hospitalization. She further mentioned how her famous spouse sensed that something was wrong and kept inquiring about her well-being.
As per Haley, she was unable to speak despite trying, and assumed she might be suffering from a stroke. In her comments, she said: “The right side of my face started drooping, I couldn’t get a sentence out.”
Justin immediately called for medical assistance and a nearby medic arrived to assess the star who was having difficulty answering basic questions, including her name. The model mentioned that her anxiety exacerbated the situation, but she had returned to her normal state by the time she reached the hospital.
She was admitted to the hospital overnight for testing to determine the cause of her brain blood clot. Fortunately, she received a zero score on the stroke checklist and her frightening symptoms ceased. And that is the most important thing.
