Aaron Rodgers’ decision to come out and reveal that he had not taken the Covid 19 vaccine has received unwelcome attention on social media.

Social Media Reacts To Aaron Rodgers’ Unvaccinated Status-‘Better To Remain Silent And Be Thought A Fool’

The Green Bay Packers NFL player has faced scrutiny after he confirmed that he was ‘immunised’ against Covid, but it did not go as far as taking the vaccine.

Therefore, given that people felt he had misled them, they made sure that their grievances were heard. A large number of people on social media criticised Aaron for his decision.

Although vaccination status is something that should be a personal choice, people felt that Aaron should have categorically revealed his status when he was asked about it rather than giving an answer of being ‘immunised’, which could have a variety of meanings.

One person on Twitter wrote: “Two straight Packers seasons ruined by Aaron Rodgers not getting a shot, wow,” while another stated: “This Aaron Rodgers interview is proof of the Mark Twain quote, ‘Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt.’ “

Despite the anger that was emerging, Aaron did not back down. He blamed the media for the role it had played in stirring up this saga.

He felt that medical history is something that should be personal, and regardless of what someone chooses to do, they should have the right to do it if they believe it to be the best for them.

And in doing so, he knew that he could be a victim of cancel culture. In an official statement, he said: “I realize I’m in the crosshairs of the woke mob right now.

“So before my final nail gets put in my cancel culture casket, I think I would like to set the record straight.” As a consequence, Aaron came clean and admitted that he took the drug Ivermectin over the FDA vaccines.

But rather than trusting the medical organisations, Aaron decided to seek out the help of none other than podcast host Joe Rogan. His following comments confirmed as much: “I’ve consulted with a now-good friend of mine, Joe Rogan after he got COVID.

“I’ve been taking monoclonal antibodies, ivermectin, zinc, vitamin c and d, and HCQ, and I feel pretty incredible.”
