Gigi Hadid is making the most of her time with her daughter Khai, and by all accounts, she is loving every minute of it.

In a post to her fans on Instagram, we can see a picture of Gigi holding her daughter. The backdrop is full of cherry blossom trees. The post was captioned by the following comments: “Spring at the farm.” Gigi is in a good place, and her boyfriend Zayn Malik has equally been impressed by her. She has taken on a lead role and has put her modelling career on the back burner for now.
An insider confirmed as much: “Gigi is a wonderful, hands-on mom. She could easily afford to employ a team of nannies but chooses not to. She prefers to do everything herself.” Not only has Gigi taken to motherhood, but her actions prior to the delivery were also very brave. She had a home birth, which has risks of its own. Although it is understandable that going to a hospital during the pandemic is a scary prospect, a home birth can also have its issues.
Anything could have gone wrong, but she remained unperturbed. There were also concerns that the couple may be taking on a bit too much, specifically Zayn. They had a troublesome on-off relationship, and Zayn also moved himself to the US away from his family. Despite being outspoken on the difficulties of not being able to see his family as much, Zayn is busy focused on giving his daughter the best life.
In an interview on iHeartRadio show Valentine in the Morning, he said: “Honestly, it’s amazing. A lot of people that I was speaking to, obviously, before she was born and stuff were like, It’s a big adjustment, and it’s going to be a massive change and stuff. But honestly, she’s an amazing baby… I’m enjoying it, for sure.”
It is great to see the couple doing so well in their lives. While they have no imminent plans to get married, that is certainly going to be a question that the fans will continue to ask. And who knows, it may happen soon.
