The 51-year-old currently has 3 baby mamas after having had children with Justine Wilson, Grimes and Shivon Zilis. And as part of that process, Musk has discovered that parenting is not an exact science even if he is one of the richest men in the world.
His daughter, Vivian, has disowned him after having changed her name and gender legally, which has left Musk in an understandably difficult position. So when he was asked whether further kids were on the horizon, this is what he had to say: “[I am] pretty sure there are no other babies looming.”
Nevertheless, those comments have to be taken with a pinch of salt for the following reasons. First of all, Musk has spoken previously about the importance of having a big family. And given that he is a billionaire, he is in the privileged position of having more children should he want to do so.
Secondly, Musk admitted that he has not ruled out having more kids. Lastly, in any event, Musk has made it clear that there is an underpopulation crisis, something which he has joked about trying to address with the number of children he has had.
In some prior comments at the time, Musk stated the following: “Doing my best to help the underpopulation crisis. A collapsing birth rate is the biggest danger civilization faces by far.”
The fans on social media recognised that Elon’s decision about having kids was not going to make a big difference anyway based on the amount of wealth he had. One person wrote: “When you have all that pretend money, I guess it doesn’t matter.”
