According to reports, Madonna and Popper crossed paths when she enrolled her son, David Banda, for boxing training at Bredwinners gym in New York City, where the coach works. And by the looks of it, they got very close.
In the picture, the singer can be seen sporting a mask and locking lips with a person who is likely to be her supposed new partner, Popper. Madonna participated in a Purim celebration and dressed up as “Kween Esther,” wearing a mask along with Popper. The post was captioned by the following comments: “Killers who are partying.”
For the past month, there have been rumors that Madonna is in a romantic relationship with Popper, who is 35 years younger than her. These rumors started after Madonna posted a picture of herself and Popper on her Instagram story. Popper also posted pictures of himself with Madonna and a group of people at Gleason’s gym after winning a boxing match.
Another picture showed Madonna holding Popper’s arm tightly while resting her head on his shoulder. The post was captioned by the following comments: “Another W for the books!! I wanna thank my coaches, my team, and my Bredwinners family for pushing me to be my best in and out of the ring. I got some good people by my side.”
The response on social media was damning. Large numbers of people began to mock Madonna on the basis that the relationship would not last due to the huge age gap between the pair. And as a result, the comments were brutal indeed. One person wrote: “Some older women like boy toys. Especially if they never knew real love. She is sad.”
