This was seen in response to a photo that the star had posted while she was doing a photoshoot. In the picture here, we can see Simpson bending down as she stands on some grass, as though she needs to go to the toilet.
She had a massive smile on her face, which looked out of place with that situation. The post was captioned by the following comments: “When you gotta go, you gotta go. Set life #BTS.”
This did not go down very well for the following reasons. First of all, some felt she had to be more responsible in light of the fact that she has a fan base that is young, which is why this was not setting a good example. Secondly, others simply made it clear that she was coming across in a poor light.
And this was reflected in the comments that followed. One person wrote: “When your “career” is hanging by a thread and your mediocre manager tells you any publicity is good publicity.
“The desperation here is real. The plastic surgery, the stupid antics, the stories no one cares about. I don’t envy her,” while another person stated: “Another fame-w***e trying to stay relevant.”
And yet, Simpson has been involved in other controversies of late. She recently expanded on how she had been having an affair with a man while she was on the set of ‘Movie Star: They Always Say They’re Single.’
During the course of that process, she had taken some time apart from her husband at the time, Nick Lachey. But since that moment, she has found herself in a better place. She has been married to Eric Johnson since 2014 and the pair have welcomed three children, as Simpson has not looked back.
