Eternamente amándonos spoilers reveal there’s a new show on Univision we’ve been catching up on. It, like many others, revolves around a powerful and wealthy family, the Iturbides. Let’s take a look at some first impressions of the show. Plus, we’ll preview what’s ahead.

    Eternamente amándonos spoilers: La Monarca

First, Eternamente amándonos spoilers reveal there’s a character that is controlling basically everything and everyone in her path. They call her La Monarca. Her name is Martina Rangel vda. de Iturbide (Diana Bracho).

She’s the mother of the male lead, Rogelio Iturbide Rangel (Marcus Ornellas) and has been making life interesting for the female lead, Paula Bernal (Alejandra Robles Gil). And that’s putting it mildly!

Like a lot of the high society people in these shows, she does not approve of Paula. We do, to some extent, understand she might have been upset that her son was with Paula when he got attacked.

But Paula is not responsible for the actions of some guy who became obsessed with her. And we do believe her disapproval of her son’s sudden marriage to Paula stems more for Paula’s social class than anything. And her independent spirit that doesn’t fit well with the norms of their world.

She’s done plenty to alienate Paula and get in her kids’ business. But recently, she did something that took the cake. After interfering with Paula’s rental of a space for her own school, Paula confronted Martina.

Who then faked a fainting spell. Not only that, she then strong-armed her doctor into convincing her children that Martina was to be catered to in every way for her well-being. It’s a sick, manipulative move we’re hoping Rogelio will find out about and call her on.

Eternamente amándonos spoilers: The old love

Already, the situation for Rogelio and Paula has been complicated. Eternamente amándonos spoilers reveal the couple has already been in a few arguments over various things, one of which is society’s expectations of a spouse of an Iturbide.

Paula likes working and she’s a simple person who isn’t about glamour and playing a part. The recent “health problems” of Martina and a mistaken arrest of Rogelio have caused additional trouble, and now it’s going to get worse.

Recently, a woman named Érika Maldonado (Rossana Nájera) moved back to Mexico with her child. A child that is obviously Rogelio’s, as she is his ex. The interesting thing about it is how much she and Paula look alike, especially in the flashback clips. We can see Rogelio definitely has a type.

And we can’t help wondering if, given Érika clearly was out of the picture because of Martina, if that’s another reason Martina doesn’t like Paula.

    Eternamente amándonos spoilers: What’s next

Finally, there’s another thing complicating the lives of the Iturbide family. New neighbors just moved in, and the woman happens to have been the other woman in Rogelio’s late father’s life. Not only that, this woman had a child, Ignacio Cordero (Juan Martín Jáuregui).

The mother and son are determined to make the family pay for the fact Ignacio’s father basically abandoned him. Never mind none of them knew what was going on.

Part of the plan found Ignacio trying to make some business association with the Iturbide’s company. Rogelio has been suspicious something isn’t right and he’ll learn Ignacio’s a fake name. He’s really Cristobal Ruvalcaba.

Given the interest in the company, his weird behavior when he and his mother were invited to dinner, as well as the false accusation Rogelio tried to kill him, Rogelio will have enough. He’ll confront Ignacio about his lie and we can already see how ugly this will get.
