First, Eternamente amándonos spoilers reveal Érika had a relapse and now she’ll take the next steps in her treatment by having surgery. This surgery plan will upset Lucas Brown Maldonado (Kaled Acab), and Érika will do her best to reassure him.
And she will make it through the operation itself, but dies later. We assume there will be some complication and Lucas will be inconsolable. Paula will keep her promise from last time to help take care of Lucas by comforting him, but this kid won’t be having it right now.

Elsewhere, Irma Ruvalcaba (Ana Bertha Espín) and Ignacio Cordero (Juan Martín Jáuregui) have hated Hipólito for abandoning them all those years ago. However, it seems she might come across something that proves he wasn’t all bad.
She’ll read an old letter of his where he told her he planned to recognize his son. Obviously, that never happened because he died. However, it does prove that he had some remorse for how things went down and he wanted to make it right.
We wonder if she’ll actually show this to her son, though. She seems as bent of revenge as he is, and letting him know this could change things.
Plus, it’s not like it’s not out there to think a woman who’d fake illness to keep her son under her thumb would be less than honest about new information…

Finally, Eternamente amándonos spoilers indicate there’s been a lot of bad news for the Iturbide family lately. And it looks like more could be on the way when Paula falls ill. However, this one will have a happy ending, as they’ll learn Paula’s expecting again.
Of course, there may be a couple of exceptions to that. Most notably, Lucas. We’re not sure how he’ll feel about his father and the woman he just turned his back on having another kid.
Lucas has clearly been treated as an only child to the extreme, never really having to share his mother’s love with anyone. And now that she’s gone, his father has another baby on the way? It’s got to bother Lucas and make him feel a bit insecure.
