Well, Micaela Cornejo (Claudia Ríos), a long-time employee at Villa Morelia, is going to find the notebook. And Martina wrote it in a way that will make it obvious she’s losing her memory.
In fact, she pasted pictures of her family members with descriptions of them in the book. It’s only a matter of time now before the rest of the family knows.
