Erika Jayne had a nightmare return from her Hawaii vacation with reports that she has been served with legal documents concerning a $50 million lawsuit.

According to reports, Erika was given notice of this lawsuit on Friday, 22nd July 2022 upon her return to Los Angeles. It is alleged that as she was leaving Los Angeles International Airport, a woman had decided to go up to her and give her those documents.
In the video here, we can see that said woman trying to get Erika’s attention with the papers. The latter has a mask on her face, as it becomes clear that she is worried. The woman is then alleged to have told Erika the following: “I just wanted to give you these documents.
“This is a summons and complaint to serve you.” It is pretty clear that things are very dire indeed. The lawsuit claims that Erika is responsible for nine charges, including racketeering and deceit which is part of the wider scandal that has plagued her ex-husband Tom Girardi.
That is why the party filing the lawsuit, Edelson PC, did not hold back on Erika’s culpability. In the lawsuit, the documents stated the following: “Tom and Erika routinely misappropriated client settlement money to project an image of wealth and to prop up a lifestyle made for reality TV.”
The fans on social media had a lot to say about this revelation. A significant proportion of them were outraged by Erika’s continual involvement in scandals and hoped that she was held to account. One person wrote: “It’s what she deserves.”
While another person stated: “FULL mask , no makeup, dirty ole sweatsuit, no wig, yellow crunchy hair… she planned on avoiding the process server. Gotcha.”
