According to reports, Meghan Markle was listed as one of the most popular style icons among celebrities, surpassing Kate Middleton, her sister-in-law.
Meghan Markle Outdoes Kate As Fashion Icon Following Latest Study
The Duchess of Sussex is recognized for her elegant and understated clothing choices, which have garnered admiration from her supporters for being both classic and contemporary in style.
It has been disclosed that the actress is among the top influential women in America when it comes to fashion. According to a recent study commissioned by fashion brand Boohoo, Meghan has been ranked fourth on their list of most sought-after fashion styles.
The study also revealed that Meghan’s fashion is the most searched for in seven different states. Across the United States, the average number of searches for Meghan’s fashion is 49,700.
Meghan Markle secured the fourth position while Kate Middleton was ranked fifth in the search for outfits and style.
The average monthly searches for the Princess of Wales’ fashion and dressing style are around 44,900, which is significant.
Billie Eilish was identified as the most influential person, as her style generates an average of 60,170 searches every month. Taylor Swift, who is currently on her Eras tour, was ranked second for her style influence.
Ariana Grande’s fashion generates an average of 51,200 search terms, placing her above the Duchess of Sussex.
Meghan, who was famous for her part in the show Suits, used to add a casual vibe to her outfits, even while attending formal events, prior to becoming the Duchess of Sussex.
Though her wardrobe had to change after joining the Royal Family, Meghan still managed to show her true self by wearing dresses with short sleeves and long coats.
The response on social media, though, was far from positive. Large numbers of people were of the view that Middleton came across as more graceful, as the findings were disputed.
One person wrote: “The Princess of Wales is head and shoulders above Meghan Markles all the time albeit sophisticated formal or casual-who can forget that hideous red thing MM wore to something in the USA,Catherine has never got it wrong once in all of the photos I have ever seen.”
