There’s also desperate times for Mano Negra (Juan Pablo Gamboa), a deal for Roberto Conde (Alejandro Martínez), and the Old Timers meet with La Cuina (Jimena Galvis). If you missed it, let’s catch up with an El Final del Paraíso recap.
El Final del Paraíso spoilers: Lead
Last time, Doña Hilda and Leticia (Marcela Posada) were talking business when Joaquin Quintero (Jaime Serrano) arrived to give her an update on the Cata 2 case. He managed to locate the specific vehicle that he believes was used in her kidnapping. Doña Hilda is hopeful that her daughter will be found safe, and asks Quintero to look into the disappearance of Leticia’s daughter as well. He agrees.
El Final del Paraíso spoilers: Stay here
Doña Hilda and Quintero meet with Marcela Pinzón (Giovanna Andrade) to tell her about the latest. They have located the warehouse they think the truck is in, and Marcela decides to intervene. She contacts someone about a search warrant that she says Quintero can pick up in a little while. Doña Hilda wants to come, but Marcela shoots down the idea. She insists that Doña Hilda needs to stay with her and wait for news.
El Final del Paraíso spoilers: Conde speaks
In other news, Roberto has decided not to take Mano Negra (Juan Pablo Gamboa) up on his offer from last time. He apparently doesn’t agree that Mano Negra is his salvation and would rather face the justice system instead. Throughout the episode, we see different characters watching as Conde turns himself in. Before going in the building, though, he speaks to the press. He admits to his campaign being funded by a cartel, and how Alfonso Berrio’s (Leonardo Acosta) behavior at the last debate was because of them slipping a powerful drug to him. He also admits to the bombing at the anti-drug meeting being their handwork as well, then promises more details about this New World Order will be revealed later.
He’s taken into custody, where we see more report footage. It says he’s going to be looking at 40 years for what he did, but that his cooperation will ensure him protection.
El Final del Paraíso spoilers: Bombshell
In another blow to the NWO, Daniel gives an exclusive to a fellow journalist about the report he’ll be publishing in a few hours. He teases that it will give details about a powerful criminal who has been pulling strings behind the scenes. It also promises to reveal the story of a woman (Emilia) who was taken advantage of by that same man in charge of the conspiracy. He’d stolen from her and locked her away in an asylum for 20 years.
El Final del Paraíso spoilers: Take to the sky
All this dirt being spilled gets Mano Negra nervous. He knows that things are getting too hard here and initiates Plan Phoenix. Santos Castellanos (Luis Carlos Fuquen) likes the connotation the name implies, but Ramón “Moncho” Montecarlo (Mauricio Mauad) doesn’t like the fact they’ll be taking to the sky. Mano Negra doesn’t really care. This plan is really their only way to get out of this mess. He wants to continue XY5 production as well all the Dark Web activity they’d planned from their new home in the sky.
On the plane, he explains that they have all the food and water they’ll need to spend months airborne. We’re wondering what happened to Mariana Sanín Santana (Stephania Duque) and Moncho’s earlier plan to screw them all and take off. Also, other little details like where they have Catalina Jaramillo Santana.
As for Yésica “La Diabla” Beltrán (Kimberly Reyes), she’s not on this little trip. Mano Negra had decided she’s of more use as trusted DEA agent “Valeria Montes” right now. Through her, he hopes to keep a president in his pocket.
El Final del Paraíso spoilers: Proposal
On the surface, that’s a good idea. Berrio is totally gone over “Valeria”. He is relieved to know that she is safe and sound at the DEA office while others in her team are on a mission. He misses her, though, and ends up calling with a marriage proposal. “Valeria” promises to think about it, but Diabla’s “gag me” faces she’s making the whole time show this is one mission she’d rather skip out on.
El Final del Paraíso spoilers: Victory
In other news, Lizeth Muriel (Margarita Torres) and the others are released after their protest was broken up and they were arrested. Their freedom is thanks to Coronel Granados (Luis Fernando Bohórquez), who is disgusted at what happened. He has already started the process of making whatever General ordered this to happen pays. He is also planning to have Lizeth join him to make formal complaints to various officials. He promises her that this was not in vain. Conde and the others will pay for their crimes.

El Final del Paraíso spoilers: Mission complete
Meanwhile, the DEA team led by Catalina Santana (Carmen Villalobos) fights with Armando Cardona (Julián Trujillo) and his people. Cardonita is taking this fight personally, as he feels Cata Grande owes him for screwing over his father. During the fight, Cata Grande manages to get a shot in, but he escapes. They also lose an agent during this fight, which deeply upsets Cata Grande. They do have one victory here, though. They’ve managed to seize all of the product Cardonita and his people were trying to move.
El Final del Paraíso spoilers: Welcome to the DEA
Afterwards, Cata Grande returns to the office and meets with Vanessa Salazar (Estefanía Gómez) and “Valeria” to discuss the various cases they’re working on. During this conversation, Cata Grande announces that Lizeth is officially an agent now. She got top marks in her training, but “Valeria” tries to discredit her by pointing out the family connection to Demonia. Cata Grande doesn’t care. Lizeth has proved herself. Lizeth is then brought in and they all watch the footage of Conde singing like a canary. “Valeria” seems to be getting a bit uncomfortable.
El Final del Paraíso spoilers: Surprise guest
She has a reason to. Cata Grande had promised a special guest at this meeting. It’s someone that had contacted her days before and has provided a bunch of useful information about the group they were a part of. This person would like to continue their confession in front of Cata Grande’s team.
They wait a bit for their guest and continue working on other things in the meantime. Soon, Cata Grande announces that the person’s coming now. “Valeria” turns around to see Demonia step into the room. By the look on Demonia’s face, this is gonna get interesting.
El Final del Paraiso spoilers: Meeting Cuina
Meanwhile, the Old Timers are in a mess. La Cuina is not one to mess with, and this failure is not going to help their reputation. She’s known for being bloodthirsty and torturing those who upset her. At the same time, there’s also tension between Aurelio “El Titi” Jaramillo (Gregorio Pernía) and Pilar (Margarita Reyes), who continues to be jealous of his thing for Cata Grande. Pablo Móron (Alí Humar) warns her that being a nag will lose her Titi. Plus, she needs to focus on La Cuina. Pilar’s the one who has to face her over their failure. He thinks she is the best one to get them out of a mess, as Cuina was putty in her hands before.
When they get to Mexico, they learn they’re right. La Cuina is surprisingly cordial to them and very attentive of Pilar. In fact, she wants alone time with Pilar, who is the only one she’ll talk business with.
Once the guys are out of the way, La Cuina comes on to Pilar while also wanting to know what went wrong. Pilar blames Cata Grande, and goes on about what a bitch she is. She is Pilar’s enemy. La Cuina decides that this also makes Cata Grande her enemy, and vows on Pilar’s breasts that Cata Grande will pay. Yes, you read that last line right.
El Final del Paraiso spoilers: You’ll pay
Mateo Matiz (Steven Salcedo) is tied up and tormented by Joana (Bárbara Najas) today, who is totally looking unhinged. He tells her that she’ll be exposed for what she is, but Joana doesn’t seem bothered. In fact, she seems totally giddy about what she’s doing.
