EastEnders Spoilers finds that it hasn’t been the easiest couple of weeks for Sonia Fowler (Natalie Cassidy), and things only got worse for her last week as she was knocked back in her approaches for Martin Fowler (James Bye). Fans will witness this week the true struggles that Sonia have, after been rejected by Martin.
The rejection caught fans off-guard, as they thought that the two were set to have an emotional reunion. Instead, Martin came clean to Sonia and admitted that he actually still had feelings for his ex-wife, and couldn’t pursue anything more with Sonia if he wanted to win Stacey back.

Sonia had her plan all figured out as she tried to win Martin back, and it seemed to have been going well. However, Martin receiving the divorce papers from his ex-wife had made him aware that he was still in love with her. But, will he have a change of heart should he discover what Sonia did for him? He is currently unaware of the risks that Sonia has taken to ensure that Martin doesn’t go to jail. The truth will certainly come out soon, as Dot (June Brown) has learned about the missing money from her bank account, with Sonia being the guilty person involved.

The revelation to Dot will ensure that she steps up her search in finding the person responsible. Sonia had taken the money to ensure Martin didn’t go to jail after a hit and run incident left George in hospital. He has been blackmailing Sonia over recent weeks, and it seems that Sonia has been able to buy his silence.
Sonia will be left reeling after learning of Martin’s knockback, but does that mean that she will eventually come clean about what she has done for him? Her guilt will begin to take over her life, and she will be left wondering whether she should just come clean and tell the truth to Dot. Fans will learn of her next move this week.
